So, I have no idea why the DVD drive isn’t installing on the HTPC. So I installed windows via USB. Just like I got Linux running earlier this week.

http://www.pendrivelinux.com/ makes a great little utility that you can install OS’s from a USB stick. As long as you have an ISO of the OS you are set.

So everything but the DVD drive is working. So I am going to RMA to Newegg and order a blueray drive. The wireless card works great. Seems pretty fast from the living room. Will post specs and all that once I get everything setup/installed. You know how windows is once you install it.

But I need to get to bed.
