Yep, it worked 🙂 The XP install and activiated using the COA off the laptop. Very Happy about this.  Now, when I replace the fan on the Dell INSPIRON 9300 I should be able to repair the install. Then I can save the user’s files, and reinstall the OS. Found a new CPU fan for…
