Then I can save the user&#8217;s files, and reinstall the OS.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span>Found a new CPU fan for $6.99 USD on eBay. It will be major surgery on the laptop, I have to get it down to the bottom of the case. Thankfully Dell has great service manuals. Almost as good as HP&#8217;s.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\nIt looks kinda cold and cruddy here today, but we will see.
