So, it’s been almost a month since the last update of the blog.

We have upgraded the all the PC’s to Windows 7 64 bit. Which was a ton of ass pain. The new montherboard I picked up, Asus P5N-D didn’t like the 6 gigs of ram I had. So I got an Asus P5Q Pro Turbo instead. It seems to be working pretty good. It has an extra, small heatsync along the top of the chipset, which made my fan and heatsync not fit, because of the heat pipes. So, I had to buy a new heatsync. I now think I am done with this PC. Oh, and the P5Q doesn’t have a floppy header on the board, and no one sells an after market one. So, external USB floppy here I come.

Another thing of interest:
The Apple iPad, looks a lot like the tablet that they used in Star Trek and Star Trek “The Next Generation”. Just saying.

The only other thing, is I’m going to make a video about the difference between Rockets and Smarties; but I need Canadian Smarties.

Thanks all folks,

Cheers,

Drew
